🍻 We’ve drawn the ‘Beer of the Fest’ which was Arawak by Bens Brewery, congrats to Paul Howarth whose name was picked out of the hat, he wins a £25 bar tab. 🍻

Well, it’s taken us all a few days to recover from a mega weekend! What a beer festival, the club was buzzing from Friday tea time to Sunday night and you drank both bars pretty much dry 🥂🍸🍻🎉

Well done New Longton Under 8 Whites who battled hard and, after winning a tense penalty shootout to reach the quarter final which took place immediately after went on to book their place in the semi finals in May.

Well Saturday clubbers, what an amazing day 👀 You filled the patio from lunchtime until the early evening and the buzz around the club was fantastic. Thank you for all your support.

Day 3 is now under way, or as it’s affectionately known ‘sup up Sunday’. We have limited craft ales left, but plenty of cider, gin & fizz. 🍸🍻🥂

Our very own boyband ‘Luke & Joe’ will be performing today from 3pm followed by Connor Banks at 5pm. 🎤🎤

Vinney’s Pizza Van will be serving from 3pm.

It’s finally here, our annual beer festival for 2026.

The event will last the weekend and the weather looks amazing, we can’t wait to welcome you down to the club.

We’ve got a fantastic range of cask ales, lagers, gin & prosecco on offer. Great entertainment throughout the weekend and tasty food vendors to keep you all nourished.

We are doing things slightly differently this week here at The Copper Grind! Quite a few events in place, come see us down at the beer festival New Longton Sports & Social Club Friday and Saturday night where we will be serving espresso martinis, White Russians and baby Guinness shots!!

Wednesday afternoon we will be huttongrammar for the primary school swimming event!

We will also be at Our Lady’s High School in Fulwood Friday Morning to support staff and students with refreshments.

Saturday morning is tournament day at Central Venue where the Under 8s are in action.
