What to expect: focusing initially on static Pole you will learn a variety of beginner spins, poses and climb. Working progressively through our L1 syllabus.

You do not need to be strong or flexible already, Pole is for everyone, and everyone will learn at their own pace whilst having fun!

Join Fran for a mid-week heels class! This class is all about exploring flow and musicality to improve confidence, strength and body awareness. If you are looking to understand movement in heels- this class is for you!

We will be doing strength and conditioning, building combos, learning routines with floor work and building strength to do tricks on the pole. We will be going through each combo step by step, and explaining how each movement connects to one another.

No experience needed- just bring your heels and knee pads! If you are looking to improve your fitness and technique, or just to just have a bit of you time- then you’ve found the perfect place ✨

Wednesday classes are going to be amazing! 💪

We have L3 Improver/Intermediate Pole and Beginner Hoop at 6pm.
Flex and a *fullybooked* L1 Beginner Pole class are at 7pm. So proud of everyone's progress! 💜
