LJ Dance & Gymnastics specialises in Dance & Acrobatic gymnastic classes for children of all ages and abilities.
We are a small family with incredible coaches who look to inspire and develop the skills of new and existing members! Dance and gymnastics are incredible sports and art forms. Not only will our club allow children to gain skills and knowledge of dance and gymnastic techniques but also allow them to gain life long skills and friends, be creative, gain and encourage team support, confidence, fitness

The quality of skills and shapes is so important in what we do to ensure our gymnasts develop the correct technique & strength to learn the more challenging moves safely.
We have been getting our younger members to work with each other, helping them to understand what their shapes should look like and asking them to give each other support and feedback on things they notice & correcting to help them improve. 👏
