Came up with this today as part of my shoulder workout using the double landmine attachment on my yoke.

Pleased to get my new 120kg sandbag over a low bar. I will see how many reps I can get tomorrow.

Just worked out this landmine squat variation with the viking press attachment. Killer for the glutes and hamstrings. Training is going well at the moment. Focusing on volume at the moment to build a base for when competitions start again.

Leg day today at the garage gym. Big fan of the yoke. Using as a squat stand and then yoke runs later.

Practicing my viper log press for my upcoming comp Kaos Strength Gym in June. Not sure how much the log weighs but think there's this is 60kg. Come June aiming for at least 5 reps at this weight before moving to normal log press technique.

Training chest whilst recovering from a broken wrist has been challenging for and has required me to be creative with exercises. Using the ankle cuffs for cable flyes has allowed Polly to train chest hard again.

Some power work today πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺ🏼 loving these kettlebell swings with resistance bands. Allows you to be really explosive all the way to the top of the swing.
