Diet forms crucial part of remaining healthy and energised on the Meili-I mission. But obtaining the correct amount of calories, protein, and nutrients while in a remote environment with very basic equipment is incredibly difficult. Summit to Eat solves this problem. With an enviable track record in producing freeze-dried products, Summit to Eat has provided our Analogue Astronauts and Mission Control team with a wide variety of delicious meals to fuel our expedition. We only need to add hot water to the packets for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meals are lightweight, convenient, and contain everything our AAs need after a long day of physical exertion in extreme conditions.
