Amazing weekend competing at the IBJJF Lisbon International Open 🥋🔥

Massive congratulations to Head Coach Darren, leading from the front and taking GOLD 🥇 in his division after a year out from competing due to injuries.

Well done as well to Joe for stepping on the mat and putting in a great performance. Plenty of positives to take away and things to work on moving forward 💪

It’s great to see everyone working hard, pushing each other and improving every session. The confidence and skills they’re building on the mats are brilliant to see! 💪

We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children aged 6 years and up, welcoming all abilities from complete beginners onwards.
