🍬 BREAKING HABITS 🍬
I have a sweet tooth or I like to call it a snack tooth! 😅 I can sit down with my tea at 8:30/9pm after a long day in work and as soon as I’ve finished ask ‘what snacks should we get?’ …or look in the cupboard and come away with a stack of biscuits for no reason. 🍪
Chocolate, crisps, sweets, biscuits…I love them all 🐷 I used lent as my kick start of cutting out the bad habits. So here’s my difference 6.5 weeks later of prepping food, cutting the chocolate etc out and making healthier choices! 🍎

⚡️ HYROX BIRMINGHAM ⚡️
First time doing any kind of hyrox comp in the open women’s doubles with the best partner, my super June!
ran a half marathon earlier this year so the next logical challenge was a hyrox comp 😄 I’m super proud as a coach that I got to compete with her…the best day full of laughs, amazing support from and my tomato face!!

✨ THIS ONES SPECIAL ✨
The hardest thing I’ve probably had to drill into Annie is to take some time to look after herself!! For so long she’s put herself second (usually behind work) so simple things like food prepping, regular sleep and exercise were never consistent 😢
Since October 2024 there’s been a shift; more daily steps rather than Ubering everywhere, more meals cooked and prepped in the kitchen, more solo and 1-2-1 training in the gym and the results are starting to show! 🎉
A super proud 2 stone 1lbs down so far 🚀
Having a meltdown because clothes don’t fit anymore 👗
Getting the HR up into zone 1 and 2 more often without having a panic attack ♥️
I want the world for this one 🌎 She’s crossed over from a client to a friend and I can’t wait to see what she can do next ☺️

🚀 STRENGTH UP/ BODY FAT DOWN 🚀
My client Elysia chipping away nicely 😊 we’ve been working around a painful hip and steadily increasing cardio (as much as she hates it 😅) and strength.

My necklace was lost a couple of weeks ago and could be in an envelope or loose! Possible locations around Preston and the Trafford. (I know it’s not much to go on but it’s a start).
It’s hugely sentimental to me so I’m praying the internet can do some good and bring it back to me 🤞🏼✨🩷

Please note this is not a 12 week transformation!! We’ve had to work hard chipping away…we’ve had holidays and weekends involving all the food, cocktails and champagne…and STILL got results! 🥂

🐝 ABSOLUTELY BUZZING FOR THIS ONE 🐝
12 weeks of changing things for the better! Rachel now has structure, confidence to use weights on the gym floor and has tidied up her diet! She’s been CONSISTENT which has still allowed a glass of wine and a meal out.

⏬️ a massive 5 inches off her waist 🤩
⏬️ 3 inches off chest
⏬️ 1.5 inches off hips
We tend to be our own biggest critics sometimes, and need a head wobble (Rach gets this frequently from me 😆) but just remember to take the little wins where you can. 1% better a day will add up 💚
