🫗 How much water should you drink per day?
➡️ It depends on your age, weight, height, s*x, the climate you live in and how active you are.
But as a guide…
👩🦰 Women should aim to consume between 2.5 to 3 litres
🧑🦰 Men should aim to consume between 3.5 to 4 litres
Here are a few ways that you can keep hydrated
1️⃣ Start your day with a glass of water to kickstart your morning routine
2️⃣ Carry a reusable bottle with you that you can fill up when needed
3️⃣ Infuse your water with slices of lemon, cucumber, berries or other fruit you enjoy to give it a refreshing twist
4️⃣ Track your water intake with a hydration app or bottle with measurements on the side. You could also set reminders throughout the day to drink a glass of water
