I am going to press pause on buggyfit just now. It was always going to be a trial to see how I was juggling having my own baby at class and for just now it's just not quite working.
The sleep in our house can only be described as diabolical just now and Oscar has started to nap at 10am (of course not in the pram).
I am going to just enjoy my maternity leave and go to some classes with Oscar that involve no thinking from me until the time comes when we are functioning a little better.
Once again I can't thank everyone enough for coming and if anyone fancies running it, I'll be there!

Hi 👋🏼 I’m Aiden and I am delighted to officially introduce myself as the new face behind Baby Sensory Ayrshire! I’m so excited to be reintroducing these magical classes to our community.

With over 12 years experience as a primary teacher I’ve always been a passionate supporter of early childhood development and I just love watching those magical moments. Now, I’m taking a step back from the classroom to focus more on supporting my own family… while still doing what I love: creating joyful, meaningful learning experiences for little ones. 💫

Baby Sensory is a perfect fit and I can’t wait to welcome you and your babies along where every session will be filled with fun, bonding, and developmental magic. From our award-winning classes to the smiles and giggles of your little ones, I can’t wait to meet each of you and create unforgettable memories together.

🫂 The Mental Load 🫂

This weekend I had a lovely day out with a group of new mums that I've gotten to know recently. Unsurprisingly but disheartening to hear the same topics came up with just about everyone. Now while I am not saying that partners don't do anything (they do a lot!). Our society is still very much set up that mothers take on the mental load, espacially during motherhood. It's exhausting, draining and at times debilitating.

I have shared this before and I know how much it resinates with so many of you. Thoughts, opinions,comments?
