Donate to 33 Marathons. 33 Days. Ireland - Our Fight Against Dementia, organized by Jordan Adams 04/06/2026

Most of us by now will know about The FTD Brothers, and how Jordan Adams with his brother, have been challenging themselves to make people aware of dementia.

Having lost several family members, including their mother to dementia, Jordan went viral after running the London Marathon with a fridge on his back. Let's just stop and think about that for a moment. The fact he ran a marathon is incredible in itself. A marathon is 26.3 miles. Anybody who can complete a marathon is absolutely incredible. People talk about marathons like it's not a big deal, but marathons are hard. Now imagine running 26.3 miles with a 25kg fridge strapped to your back. That's just insane!

If that wasn't enough, the brothers jump on a plane to Ireland the day after the London Marathon to run 33 marathons in 33 consecutive days. That's an astonishing 894.2 miles in 5 weeks. That's mind blowing. Everyone at The-Running-Bug are in awe of you guys.

If you haven’t already, we encourage you to check out Jason and Cian's social media pages The FTD Brothers - Jordan Adams and their charity The FTD Brothers Foundation. They also have a GoFundMe page where you can donate:

We're looking forward to seeing what's next.

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ BUSTING RUNNING MYTHS: THE SURPRISING TRUTH ABOUT SPEED BOOSTS πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Ever heard the phrase "slow and steady wins the race"? Well, it may not be the full story when it comes to improving your running speed!

Myth: You need to sprint like a cheetah to get faster.
Truth: Interval training (mixing short bursts of speed with rest or slower segments) is actually the secret sauce to enhancing your pace without burning out! πŸ”₯

🎯 Tip: Try adding short intervals of faster pace to your regular runs and watch those personal bests tumble.
