The truth behind the 5 most common things people say to us before joining BFIT…
And honestly?
Most of them have very little to do with fitness.
“I need to think about it.”
Usually means:
“I’m scared I’ll fail again.”
Because starting again is vulnerable when you’ve already tried before.
“I need to check with my partner.”
Not because they need permission.
But because investing time, money and energy into yourself can feel selfish when you’re used to putting everybody else first.
“It’s expensive.”
We completely understand that.
But what most people are actually asking is:
“Will this finally be the thing that works for me?”
Because wasting money on another failed attempt hurts more than the cost itself.
“I don’t know if I can commit.”
This one’s common.
Not because people are lazy.
But because life already feels overwhelming and they’re worried this will become another thing they can’t keep up with.
That’s exactly why we don’t build BFIT around perfection.
We build it around support, structure and sustainability.
And finally…
“What actually makes BFIT different?”
Honestly?
It’s not the workouts.
It’s how people feel when they’re here.
No intimidation.
No ego.
No crash diets.
No being made to feel like you’re failing.
Just real people rebuilding confidence, consistency and trust in themselves again.
Most people who join BFIT don’t need someone to tell them what calories are.
They need someone to help them stop starting over.
And that changes everything.

If you’re reading this thinking “I’ve tried all this before”. We completely get it.
Most of the people who join BFIT felt exactly the same before they started.
They’d done the gym memberships.
Tried cutting calories.
Done the home workouts.
Started strong on a Monday and fallen off again a few weeks later when life got busy.
Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they “don’t want it enough”.
But because doing this alone is hard.
That’s why this feels different.
At BFIT, you’re not just left to figure it all out by yourself. You’ve got structure, accountability and coaches that genuinely care whether you show up or not.
We help people who are busy, overwhelmed, lacking confidence and fed up of starting over every few months.
And the biggest thing we hear from members?
“For the first time, I actually feel consistent.”
Not perfect. Consistent.
Because real results don’t come from being “all or nothing”. They come from having the right support around you and a routine you can actually stick to.
That’s what we do here.
And that’s why it feels different to anything you’ve tried before.

Maybe you’re not inconsistent.
Maybe you’ve just been trying to do something really hard… completely alone.
Because let’s be honest ...
Most people start their fitness journey with:
• No structure
• No accountability
• No support
• No one checking in
• No environment helping them succeed
Then blame themselves when life gets busy and they “fall off.”
But struggling to stay consistent when you’re overwhelmed, stressed and trying to juggle everything else in life doesn’t mean you’re lazy or incapable.
It means you’re human.
At BFIT, we see it all the time.
People who thought they “couldn’t stick to anything” suddenly become consistent when they have:
✔ Coaching
✔ Accountability
✔ A routine that fits their life
✔ Encouragement
✔ A community behind them
That’s why we focus on building sustainable habits and long-term change - not quick fixes or extremes.
Because consistency isn’t usually a personality trait.
It’s the result of having the right support around you.

Most people don’t struggle because they “don’t know what to do”
They struggle because they’ve spent years trying to do it the unsustainable way.
All or nothing.
Extreme diets.
Starting every Monday.
Falling off.
Feeling guilty.
Trying again.
Repeat.
And eventually, it becomes exhausting.
At BFIT, we believe real results come from building something that actually fits your life.
Not punishing yourself.
Not spending hours in the gym.
Not cutting out everything you enjoy.
Just structure, support, accountability and consistency.
That’s why our members don’t just lose weight or get stronger …
They become more confident.
More energised.
More in control.
They stop constantly “starting over”
Because fitness shouldn’t feel like something you have to survive.
It should feel like something that improves your life.
