Nearly 8 years. Eight years of early mornings, late evenings, doubting ourselves, pushing through, and showing up every single day for the most incredible community of people. And now this.

When Coach Ian (AKA Dad) and I started this journey together in our new facility, we never imagined we'd be standing here holding up three certificates, grinning like idiots - but here we are.

This isn't just our achievement. It's yours. Every single person who has walked through our doors, trusted us with your goals, shown up on the hard days, and become part of the BFIT family - this is for you.

We moved into our new facility less than 6 months ago, and the fact that we're being recognised like this already… honestly, it means everything.

The truth behind the 5 most common things people say to us before joining BFIT…

And honestly?

Most of them have very little to do with fitness.

“I need to think about it.”

Usually means:
“I’m scared I’ll fail again.”

Because starting again is vulnerable when you’ve already tried before.

“I need to check with my partner.”

Not because they need permission.
But because investing time, money and energy into yourself can feel selfish when you’re used to putting everybody else first.

“It’s expensive.”

We completely understand that.

But what most people are actually asking is:

“Will this finally be the thing that works for me?”

Because wasting money on another failed attempt hurts more than the cost itself.

“I don’t know if I can commit.”

This one’s common.

Not because people are lazy.
