An absolutely fabulous weekend of racing and socials at Pwllheli Sailing-Club. Do we really have to wait two weeks for the next 😖

This weekend saw the start of the Pwllheli Sailing Club's popular Autumn Challenge Series. Despite everyone being short of crew and even with some forecasts showing gusts over 30kts, everyone was determined to get a sail in before autumn sets in.

Pwllheli Sailing Club is once again proud to host the IRC Welsh National Championships on the 4th to the 6th September 2026. This weekend saw the last of the Pwllheli Summer Series, a series designed to tempt those new to racing out in the bay, whilst the hardened racers were still offshore and racing further afield.

Pwllheli racers enjoyed a variety of races this weekend. The day started early with a feeder race from Pwllheli to Abersoch so that boats could join Abersoch regatta races and crews could enjoy activities in Abersoch town.
