Rainford Boxing Academy Rainford Boxing Academy is open to all ages from 4 yrs to adults for boxing and fitness. 😁🥊 Everyone is made to feel welcome.

Rainford Boxing Academy Provides expert training for all individuals of all levels and ability. We cater for individuals of all levels, Wether you are just starting off in boxing right through to the active boxers.We help to develop our members fitness, And give you the Motivation and Encouragement to help achieve your goals. Classes are available from age 4yrs all the way upto Adults, For all levels of fitness and experience.These classes run nightly Monday to Friday and weekend days.We pride ourselves in giving our members a variety of skills that will help develop fitness and in addition the skills taught are an effective form of self defence. We feel Children will benefit from the Discipline involved in boxing.Which will assist in them growing up to be disciplined, polite and healthy adults. We have a good size gym with a boxing ring and a variety of Free weights and training equipment. We focus on helping each individual to progress, and help them achieve their individual goals whilst having fun. We also have 1 to 1 and small group private
classes available to cater for your specific goal all at excellent prices.

🥊 Here’s what’s on this week at Rainford Boxing Academy!⭐️

Whether you’re stepping into a boxing gym for the very first time or you’ve been training for years, we’ve got a class to suit you.

Our sessions are open to all abilities, with experienced coaches on hand to help you every step of the way. Whether your goal is to get fitter, lose weight, build confidence, learn to box, or even work towards competing, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive environment here.

And it’s not just for adults! Our Little Rocky’s classes are a fantastic way for children to build confidence, stay active, make new friends and become bully proof all while learning a the basics of boxing in a fun, safe environment.
