Monday:

⬛ Kids Class: 17:50 - 18:50

We have loved introducing so many local kids to Jiu Jitsu - Class is for ages 7 - 11 and is £7

⬛ Adults Class: 19:00 - 20:30

We have more new starters stepping onto the mats with us this week - if you're on the fence, why not make this your week?

Ages 12+

£10 Pay As You Go

Wednesday:

⬛ Adults Class: 17:50 - 19:20

Two great classes tonight!

Kids improving week by week, great personalities, a pleasure to teach them!

14 adults on the mat, everyone really coming on skills wise, fitness improving and people starting to put things together when rolling

🥋 Another week of training begins today!

If you've been thinking of giving Brazilian Jiu Jitsu a try, or getting your child involved there is no better time than the present - We're a beginner friendly club based in Rainford, with classes for kids age 7+ and adults of all ages

⏱️ Mondays:

Kids Class: 17:50 - 18:50 - Ages 7+

Adults Class: 19:00 - 20:30 - Ages 12+

⏱️ Wednesdays:

Adults Class: 17:50 - 19:20

📍 Rainford High School

Classes are £7 pay-as-you-go for kids and £10 for adults

All you need is Shorts & T shirt to get started!
