Whilst there is no BEATS class tonight...know that the sun is well and truly shining here in sunny Spain.
Me and my ((BOUNCE)) family are having a joyous time and are bringing the good vibes to all who we meet!!
Tomorrow is very nearly sold out and as we're a class down this week, get in and get on to get to get your bounce well and truly ON!!

Turns out bouncing with a throbbing ear infection is actually not 100% fantastic 🤣🤣
Though I think I did quite well until I had to lie down!!!

With how classes are at the mo, please book ahead, where possible, to avoid disappointment.
It is fantastic that we are SO busy, but I hate to think of people missing out! I am aware of the issue though and am going to be increasing our capacity (just by a few though so it's not too crowded!!). More people. More energy. More fun. More people benefiting from movement 🙌🙌🙌
