Ratho Park Golf Club We are an 18 hole golf course 5 minutes from Edinburgh Airport and 20 minutes from the City Centre. We hope to see you at Ratho Park Golf Club soon.

Welcome to Ratho Park

Ratho Park Golf Club is situated only five minutes from Edinburgh Airport, twenty minutes from the city centre and accessible from all the main roads approaching Edinburgh. Our easy walking parkland course is bounded on two sides by the Union Canal, is completely encircled by trees and therefore provides a challenge to all standards of golfer. We have an 18 hole course measuring 5,932 yards, a practice range and a well stocked Pro's shop. After your round why not relax in our splendid clubhouse with a well deserved drink and maybe sample some of our excellent catering with anything from a bar snack to a full three course dinner. For visitors we can also cater for larger parties in our dedicated lounge. We welcome visitors all year round so please come and visit us at any time.

Following yesterdayโ€™s heavy rainfall, the greenkeeping team have been out across the course this morning getting the bunkers back into shape.

Thereโ€™s plenty of work involved after that amount of rain, with the team blowing out debris, replacing sand where required and carefully raking the bunkers to restore them ready for play.

As the photos show, itโ€™s a big job across the course, so a huge thank you to the team for getting straight to work this morning. ๐Ÿ‘โ›ณ

๐ŸŒง๏ธ COURSE UPDATE ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

Weโ€™ve recorded 23mm of rain at Ratho Park Golf Club following the recent heavy rainfall.

As you can see from the pictures, the course has taken a significant amount of water, so we ask members to please bear with the Greenkeeping Team over the next couple of days while they work to get everything back into shape.

Heavy rainfall like this brings plenty of additional work, including bunkers being washed out, leaves and debris being scattered across the course, standing water and generally saturated ground conditions.

The team will be working through these areas as quickly as conditions allow, but some jobs simply canโ€™t be tackled properly until the water has drained and the ground begins to dry.

Please be patient over the next few days and give the team the time they need to get the course back to its best.

Cameron posted rounds of 72, 67, 69 & 66 for a four-round total of 274 (+2), including a brilliant final-round 66 to climb into a share of second place.
