More highlights from one of our Adult 1-2-1 sessions this week. This session was created to focus on distribution and finishing whilst pushing Ethan from a cardiovascular aspect. These sessions have proved important during lockdown not only from a mental well-being but also enabling players to be ready when fixtures resume.

All SDB Coaching sessions are conducted by UEFA Licensed Qualified Coaches in Adult and Youth Module Coaching Pathways. All clients receive initial pre- session consultation so session is tailored to meet client needs. During the post session debrief we will set challenges to ensure our clients can continue their development pathway away from our sessions.

Highlights from one of our younger Girl 1-2-1 sessions this weekend. Matilda is an all-round player in the 7v7 format. The session was tailored to work on her first touch, body shape, passing and finishing. Like many children during lockdown it is important to stay active outdoors for mental well-being.
