Yoga is an ancient form of exercise which helps to improve your overall fitness and reduce the effects of stress.

Using Hatha Yoga techniques my classes offer a workout for the whole body and mind and are suitable for all levels including beginners.

It's been a difficult year at times but my personal yoga practice, my connections and my teaching practice have all helped to get me through.
