Tonight was educational. We learnt that:
➡️ Not everyone knows who Boys2men are.... (that is a crime)
➡️ speed bumps
➡️ 6ft, no kids, no face tats that are the non negotiatables
➡️ Not all body shapes are built for burpees (I'm still calling Bull on this)
➡️ My SWF ladies are legends for travelling down.
Amongst all this, we actually got some decent work done.

EBC is pleased to announce an affiliation with the 'Best Mates Charity'. They are doing amazing things for mental health and encouraging people to reach out by offering support and a 'best mate'.
This charity aligns well with EBC as we are constantly looking to build communities and offer an outlet for people to express themselves and talk to others. With this affiliation, 'Best Mates' can give even further support to you or anyone you know who might be going through a tough time.
There is a launch event on Thursday 25th April 1900 in London. We would love for you to join us at this event and hear firsthand the amazing work Best Mates is doing already. This is open to anyone, so bring a friend.
