Can broccoli be used to prevent cancer?!... YES!

These tasty little trees have compounds that 'target' sick cells and keep normal cells happy!

Broccoli is best raw! To cook it? Steam it to keep in all the nutrients!... If not boil... BUT only for a couple of minutes! The longer you boil it for the more you destroy the enzyme that breaks down glucosinolates into cancer fighting agents.

This means a nice bowl of creamy broccoli soup isn't doing you any favours on the nutritional side of things! !
