You asked so we listened….. coming in July to Evolve Fitness- a brand new converging plate loaded chest press machine! The deposit is down and we cannot wait for this new piece of kit to arrive, which is being ordered as this post is going live!
🏠 HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT - EVOLVE IS EVOLVING 🏠
We are extremely pleased to announce that we have just been granted the vacant back room of the property in order to expand the gym.
This is the room you often see behind the fire exit in the background of people’s posing room selfies.
This will officially be our LEG ROOM
This will free up some space on the main gym floor to enable us to keep improving and adding to the gym.
We are aiming to have room 2 completed by approximately the first week of November.
We will keep you updated along this journey so please follow along.
We will have an official relaunch event along with giveaways etc

Ladies and gentlemen your 2023 Arnold Classic Champion Samson Dauda 🏆
You can feel the buzz around the gym and also on social media after last weekends amazing achievement so it was a great surprise to have Samson come and visit us all at Evolve tonight as he has pretty much just landed back on UK soil!
As you know we have our official Homecoming Event on Saturday 18th of March. Due to the extreme popularity of this event we need to give you all some further pointers:
🔴 There are no pre purchased tickets, it’s just a case of messaging us to let us know you are attending and we will add you to our list
⚫️ You can still attend if you have not messaged us prior to have your name on the list, this is just for us to keep an idea of numbers
🔴 messages are to be sent to .1975 or - DO NOT DM Samson to confirm you will be attending. I’m sure you will understand his DMs are busy than ever right now 😅
⚫️ This is a CASH ONLY event and this can be paid prior or on your arrival on event day

🏆 Samson Dauda homecoming event 🏆
I am extremely pleased to announce that my good friend and new Arnold Classic champ will be having his homecoming event here with us at Evolve Fitness on Saturday 18th March from 10am-1pm. This unprecedented event will encompass a training camp whereby we will be discussing in great detail all aspects of training and how to maximise your results from your own training. This will then be followed by a Q&A session with Samson, where you can ask him absolutely anything. To round things off, we will be offering the unique opportunity to have photos with him. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to understand what it takes to reach the very top and be a top level pro bodybuilder, but also how to maximise your own results. Tickets will cost £10 for members of Evolve and £20 for non members. Cash on the door only. We look forward to seeing you all there!!
