I have been thoroughly interested in fitness and have practiced almost every type workout routine since the age of 15,
I have studied P.E. and Sports science as well as overcoming sickness and serious injuries over my years of training
including 3 knee dislocations and a painfull back injury which caused me to baloon up in weight

Still here and still training! 43 and had a good few nagging injuries as well as the last 6 months with carpal tunnel/tendonitis (not sure which). But it's still possible people. Even at my age and above 💪😁. Added swimming now and it's so effective at Witham Leisure Centre .
