Changing years worth of dysfunction can take a while but by being objective and intentional with the process you can slowly start to undo the bad patterns.

Though these exercises and movements may appear simple and unassuming, there is a hidden complexity at work, surpassing your imagination.

For me, training is not about pushing my body to the limits, but rather enhancing it and preventing injuries and pain.

My personal journey has been a pleasant surprise. Even though I never experienced any pain, I was unknowingly heading towards self-destruction due to years of dysfunction from my weight training days.

Now, I am achieving better body mechanics and witnessing tangible improvements in my sprinting performance.
