What an unsettling time it is, sometimes the news is so much to take in. Yesterday evening I lit a candle and joined a lovely group for a calming and peaceful zoom yoga class, thank you Sarah Barefoot Yoga Caversham , it was just what we all needed I think. It really helped me relax and unwind and I slept so well too. ๐๐๐
Today is the day to prioritise your own wellbeing and to make 2020 the year when the real you shows themselves to the rest of the world... or you could just enjoy a fabulous morning with likeminded people, talking about stuff that is really important to you and filling up on a gorgeous lunch Thames Lido with me and Barefoot Yoga Caversham!

You donโt need to have done any yoga before, everybody is welcome and modifications will be given as well as more challenging options for those who want it.
This one hour yoga & relaxation session will be followed by an introduction to essential oils with Susannah Keene. In this 30 minute taster, you will find out about essential oils, what they can be used for and how they can help you and your family.
Then it's time for a delicious and healthy lunch๐ฅ of slow roasted salmon, fine bean, new season potatoes with Bรฉarnaise Sauce and Lemon Posset with shortbread for dessert (veggie option available too).
Hopefully all outside, weather permitting.
