I would like to thank you all for your on going support this year. It’s been a very challenging year throwing lots of obstacles in our way and we have still managed to get through it. I’m so grateful for all your kind messages at this difficult time.
I hope we can all return to some normality soon.
I wish you all safe and happy and to have the best possible Christmas in this difficult time. 🥰🎄
**COVID 19 UPDATE**
Hello everyone, we hope you are all well and keeping safe. I wanted to provide you with an update following on from the government's recent announcement.
Firstly, I would like to thank you all, for your on going support and for understanding the difficult decisions I have had to make during this awful time. This has enabled us to keep myself and my loved ones safe as well as you and your loved ones.
As you are all aware that the stables is also my Grandparents' home and my Grandad in particular is at high risk so we have to really consider this when making any decisions on our next steps - which I'm sure you all understand.
Therefore we have made decision to slowly start re opening the yard as of 2nd June - which we are delighted with and hope you are also! Please note that this is subject to us not having any further set backs or additional government updates which would advise us to do otherwise.
When we are open, we have decided that it will be set days initially and there will be time slots given to ensure there aren’t too many people on the yard at one time.
Again, I would like to thank you all so much for your support. I looking forward to welcoming you back to the stables soon.
Ellie - Yard Manger
The CV-19 pandemic is unprecedented, causing significant disruption to all businesses. That being said, we will always be a proactive and ambitious organisation!
From the information we have read, we are expecting an update from the government tomorrow in relation to the ‘lock down’. We are waiting to hear this before we can give an actual update!
Our intentions remain and will always ensure your horses are being looked after to your expectations.
Please all look out for one another in this very unusual time we are going through! I hope to update you all with clearer information as soon as we have understanding as a business.
We would like to thank you all for your support through this difficult time!
With a very heavy heart, I have had to make the very difficult decision in closing the stables to everyone for the next 3 weeks, following the government’s advice last night.
I will be reassessing the situation at the end of the three weeks and will update you all again when we know more.
I hope you can all understand and be supportive at this terrible time. I kindly ask you all to please follow the guidelines we are being given so we can stop and prevent the spread of this awful virus and get back to normal as quickly as possible.
I will keep you all updated about the horses as much as I can and please don’t hesitate in calling me to check in on the horses.
In addition, I will be offering lunging sessions only during this time, to try and reduce the risk of any accidents so we aren’t putting any unnecessary strain on the NHS in this difficult time.
Please stay safe.
Many thanks Ellie
