ing a lifestyle questionnaire with you, completing a body assessment, receiving a one week food diary of yours so that together we can use all of this to create some short, medium & long term goals to help set the foundations for working towards a healthier, stronger and fitter YOU. Together we will work on building you a strong foundation through progressive stretching & mobility exercises to improve your flexibility, posture & mobility so we can then work on your Strength & Fitness to set you up for long term success with your health, fitness, strength and happiness. I believe a stronger and healthier body compliments a stronger and healthier mind! Don't worry where you are on your journey, getting started is the hardest part, once you get started I am here to help keep you focused & disciplined on achieving your goals.
