My good friend of many years Nicola Spence aka Cecilee is taking on trekking the mighty Machu Picchu in Peru during November. She is self funding her challenge to raise funds for Help for Heroes. I will be doing a Charity Clubbercise on Sunday 10th September at Gym on Park in Woodley at 12pm for one hour to help raise funds for this very worthy cause. Cecilee has been training all year for this challenge and I would love to see you all at this event in support of her achievement. Next week is our final indoor classes until September. I am away for 2 weeks then will be back for OUTDOOR CLUBBERCISE at St Dominic Savio School, Western Ave, Woodley from 26th July to 29th August, Tuesday evening 7.15pm. Hey it’s a hot one!! We smashed it at Piggott last night, not denying it was hot but we did it!! There is more airflow at Beechwood with the doors open, bring plenty of water. I did ask about going outside but noise is the issue I’m afraid. So yes it will be sweatt one but bangin summer choons and will be like partying in Ibiza 😎😀

3 people now can’t make tonight’s class at PIggott so if anyone wants a space please message me before 6pm. I have fans!!! I’m not sure how good they will be but we have them!
