It’s our last sessions at usual venues this week. As long as no rain we will be outdoors again at Beechwood. From 28th July we will be outdoors at St Dominic’s Primary school every Tuesday 7.30om till 1st September. It’s cooler this week peeps 😅I am still hoping, if it’s dry, to take Tuesdays class outside again and I’ve asked for fans again this evening at Piggott so we will be back to the usual playlist. We survived last week so can defo do this one!

Outdoor Clubbercise will be at St Dominic’s Primary School, Western Ave, Woodley from Tuesday 28 July through to 1st September. Classes are now live for bookings. Hope to see ya all thru the hols. Great choons, great summer vibes and fresh air
Indoors at Piggs was a melter last night, but we did ourselves proud!! For this week I have changed the playlist to have more squat and punching so less jumping about and we will be outdoors this evening at Beechwood so hopefully not as sweaty but still will be hot so bring plenty of water 💦
Happy weekend all! And what a glorious one it is!! So it seems to be a tad hot next week, I’ve spoke to both schools. Tried to get sports hall for Monday but I’m afraid it’s all kitted out for exams and no outdoor area so my plan is to change a couple of tracks so we have extra punching so lower jumping and have 3 track breaks, Tuesday I can go outdoors. I’m happy to be go ahead with both and will, as always, be mindful of heat but can I ask if you do not want to come please give 24 hour notice so I can move you, once I commit to class I still have outgoing to pay. Enjoy this glorious sunshine all and I hope to see u next week for a nice sweaty one!
