A couple of weeks ago, i was at my eldest sons swimming lesson when a parent approached me just to tell me some really lovely feedback. it honestly made me so proud and happy. i genuinley feel so incredible proud and grateful for the incredible team of teachers & assistants we have and so i asked her if she would kindly email the feedback in so i could share with the teachers and with you! We’re not just a business with a family, we truly are a family run business. My husband (Bradley) and I (Charlotte) run Swimkidz together, raising our two children while bringing swimming lessons to life, seven days a week across multiple venues.
The highlight of everything is seeing your children thrive in the water. But behind the scenes, it’s a lot of late nights and admin, especially now during rebooking. If replies are slower, it’s just us working hard to keep up.

We’re beyond grateful for our amazing team of teachers and assistants, they make the lessons exceptional every week. We love running this business around our family, teaching your little ones and talking with you in the pool, on the phone and via email/socials, and we appreciate your patience during this busy time (heatwave and all!).
