Message from Paul. Caught fishing his MK1.

"Had this fella on the Trent yesterday near Rugeley - didnt have any scales, how big do you think it was?"

I've got my idea, but I'm a bit crap at guessing weights from pics

Comment away peeps

The Harrison Telos (retractable) 10' 3.25 is a great power all-rounder in a convenient pack down size. Fishes 3-4oz leads with ease (2oz and bag) from the margin to as far as you can hit it. Looks great in cork by the way.

Custom built Harrison Aviator Plus2 (3½tc) is a great option if you want a rod capable of hitting big distances but still has action in the fight.
Alps ARD matte black reelsest and 50mm kigan black makes the rods work and look great.

Just got a message from Gareth.

"Hello Mark. Just a thank-you for the rod (Aviator 1.75) that I picked up last week. I am really pleased with it!

It replaced a 20-year old Harrison Chimera that I was really happy with, on balance I prefer the new one. Great to play fish on".
