Françoise is 52. She works from home as an executive assistant for the charity Combat Stress.

She was all-in on work — tired all the time, unhealthy habits creeping in without her noticing. Drinking after work instead of moving.

Then a back injury last July made it worse. Some days she couldn’t even drive more than fifteen minutes.

Six weeks in, everything’s different. Her confidence is back. More muscle, more definition, and for the first time in a while — she actually feels happy about herself. The trainers helped her rebuild her core, and now driving properly isn’t a struggle anymore.

She always thought weights were for the boys. Turns out, they’re not.

It’s never too late to get your life back. Come and join her at Society.

Great people, great vibes

This isn’t just another coaching job.

It’s an opportunity to build a career, change lives and become part of something that genuinely matters.

At Society, we believe coaching is about far more than delivering great sessions.

It’s about helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident. It’s about creating an environment where busy people can perform better at work, be more present at home and enjoy life more because of the way you coach.

We’re looking for talented coaches at every stage of their journey from ambitious junior coaches to experienced coaches and head coaches.

We’re hiring for potential, not just experience.
What matters most isn’t your title. It’s your attitude, your willingness to learn and your desire to make a real difference.

We’re looking for people who take ownership, bring energy and never stop learning. People who care deeply about every member who walks through our doors. People who raise the standard of those around them and understand that the best coaches are still coachable themselves.

You’ll thrive here if you believe coaching doesn’t stop when the session ends. You remember names. You check in. You celebrate wins. You notice when someone’s struggling.

You genuinely care about improving people’s lives inside and outside of training.

If these values sound like you and you can see yourself as part of what we’re building, we’d love to hear from you.

Send your CV and a short introduction to
[email protected] and tell us why you’d be a great fit for Society.

Let’s build something that changes lives.

Claire is 45. She runs her own catering business. She also has a daughter with a disability, who she lifts every single day.

That’s why she joined — not for looks, not for weight, just to get stronger for the things that actually matter.

She never thought of herself as a gym person. Turns out that was never the point.

More energy. More strength. And for the first time in a long time, she actually stuck to something — three months in and still going.

No judgement here. Every stage, every level, everyone welcome.

Claire’s only regret? Not starting sooner.

Being able to squat almost your body weight is cool but the real flex is being able to pick my daughter up no problem.
