9.1kg down.
Body fat reduced from 46% → 35.5%.
Muscle mass increased.
But the best part?
Debbie didn’t just lose weight.
She gained strength, confidence and consistency.
This is what happens when progress is built properly.
No quick fixes.
No extremes.
Just showing up, being coached properly and staying consistent over time.
The scale changed.
Her body composition changed.
But more importantly… her capability changed too.

Most people think confidence comes first.
It doesn’t.
Confidence comes from proving to yourself that you can do things you couldn’t do before.
Getting off the floor easier.
Walking upstairs without thinking about it.
Carrying shopping bags with ease.
Playing with your children or grandchildren for longer.
These are the wins that matter.
Strength isn’t just about lifting weights.
It’s about trusting your body.
Moving with confidence.
And knowing you’re capable of more than you were six months ago.
The best transformations aren’t always visible.
Sometimes they’re felt.
A year ago, Greg was hit by a car.
Most people would understand if he slowed down.
If he stopped training.
If he let it knock his confidence.
But he didn’t.
He stayed focused on recovery.
Stayed patient through the setbacks.
And kept showing up, even when progress felt slow.
Now?
He’s stronger than ever and just hit a deadlift he’s never lifted before.
That’s what consistency does.
That’s what resilience looks like.
It’s not always about going full speed.
Sometimes it’s about refusing to quit when life gives you every reason to.
Massive respect to Greg. This lift means more than just weight on a bar.
