Excellent results for all of Miles Martial Arts at GM Donato Nardizzi's impact TKD open. Huge contratulations to all MMA students and officials and of course a big shout out to Reigate's very own Teddy Buckley on two excellent Silver Medals.

Congratulations to Freddie. M on an amazing Ninja 2 (Green) grading performance this morning. Astonishing.

Perfect stances, strong blocks, super side kick board break and a solid knowledge of some basic Korean terms.

Hes an absolute pleasure to have in class and seeing his rapid growth is an absolute joy.
