Just 5 days & 57km to go!
So far, I’ve run 213km in 23 days for our Restart A Heart Fundraiser, that now equals my lifetime total before doing this challenge and is equivalent to over 5 marathons!
We’ve been overwhelmed by all the support up to now (than you everyone!)

Week 3 for Team Pablo & Team Buddy & Maple!
Team Pablo are coming up to the halfway point in their 5km-10km programme & Team Buddy & Maple are at the same point in their Cani Couch to 5k.
Already in such a short space of time, the progression from both teams is super impressive! Let’s see what comes jver the next 5 weeks for these guys 💜💚

🎉🥳 Massive CONGRATULATIONS to our first ever Cani couch to 5k programme finishers - Emma & PABLO 🥳🎉
Emma signed up having never run before but after loosing over 8 stone this year, she wanted to become more physically active. Pablo, being an active boy himself, was the perfect team mate for this new venture!
8 weeks of coached, early morning weekend runs & solo runs through the week after busy long days (in all weather!), ment Emma was able to achieve her 5k target on her own, a run before our coached 5k!
Since being part of the programme, Emma has lost a further 7lb and both her Pablo have grown ao much in terms of confidence.
I have loved being a small part of this journey & hopefully will be seeing you both for your next challenge in 2026!

There’s a hill on this route that has become Emma & Pablo’s conquest - and for the FIRST time, they ran it, bottom to top & still had enough in the tanks to finish on a smaller hill.
3 weeks ago, I think Emma would’ve left me in the woods if I offered to run Heartbreak Hill! Great effort & great work team 👏🏃♀️🐕💜💚

We battled some hills on this run and Cadi’s mastered the art of pacing with Mam, knowing when to give it some muster and when to let Mam catch her breath! Massive well done team Cadi 🥰🏃♀️🐕💜💚
