Lorna and Jac have just found out there both officially Coach of Excellence accredited- Expert Level, through CPD Standards Accreditation and there still a bit giddy about it.

We didn't get into this work for the certificates. We got into it because we were the children this business now serves, the ones who felt like round pegs being pushed into square holes. But when you're asking parents and schools to trust you with their children's confidence and wellbeing, it matters that the standard behind that trust is checked by someone other than us.

So thank you to everyone who's trusted The Wee Coaching Company and Wise for My Size with your children so far. This one's for you as much as it's for us.

We're always striving to improve the ways we support families and our communities, making it as easy as possible to work with us.

Wise for My Size Confidence Club is for any child who wants to be....
A little braver than yesterday
A little kinder to themselves
Who needs to learn how to be their own cheerleader
Who is keen to make friends in a low demand environment
Who wants to believe in themselves

We offer a gentle, fun and welcoming space for children p3 to S1 to play games, craft, read stories and learn about themselves, their strengths and how to overcome challenges.

Our Autumn term is running with groups in Rhu and Helensburgh. We always offer a free taster session to new members to allow a safe space to try things it out.

We currently have spaces in all classes so please come along

We offer children's well-being groups in Rhu and Helensburgh for children P3 to S1. We know many children can be unsure about trying something new so we offer a free taster session to let them try it out whilst taking the pressure off.
