Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the last 10 years. It all started with mixed martial arts. I love the challenge of pushing my limits, whether it's lifting heavier, competing fights, or just becoming better version of myself each day.

Currently, I'm focusing on inspiring others to get into fitness, and also look at ways to grow myself both physically and mentally. I truly believe fitness is about becoming the best you.
