⚽ OVER 40? IT'S TIME TO GET BACK IN THE GAME! ⚽

When was the last time you pulled on your football boots?

Five years ago? Ten? Or so long ago that your boots are probably older than some Premier League players? 😂

CLUB 45 IS CALLING!

We're a recreational football community for men aged 40 and over who want to get active, meet new people and enjoy the game again.

You don't need to be fit, you don't need to be brilliant, and you certainly don't need to run around like you're 21!

Just turn up, have a laugh and enjoy yourself.

⚽ Men aged 40+
⚽ All abilities welcome
⚽ No slide tackles
⚽ No egos
⚽ No pressure
⚽ Plenty of laughs

But Club 45 is about much more than kicking a ball.

It's about getting out of the house, making new mates, improving your fitness and looking after your mental wellbeing.

Sometimes that hour of football and a chat afterwards can make all the difference. 💙

Well, Club 45 Abergele is calling!

We've even got Villa fans turning up with smiles on their faces… although we're still trying to work out whether it's because of the football or the thought of a pint afterwards! 🍺😂

We're not running a Champions League final here, lads. If you're turning up dressed like you're about to face Real Madrid, you're at the wrong club!

Club 45 Men’s Over 40s football is back under the lights! 🌙

If you’re 40+, haven’t kicked a ball for years and keep telling everyone “I could still play if I wanted to…” 👀

Well… now’s your chance. 😂

No trials.
No need to be fit.
No need to have played at any particular level.

Just turn up, have a kickabout, get moving and enjoy a laugh with a cracking bunch of lads.

Now it’s Deep Heat, knee supports and checking the weather forecast. 😂

Come and join a group of blokes who still THINK they can play like they did at 25…
