Car battery drained empty over 2 days, managed to find the source of leakage 💪

December 2020 | First job with a garage
Owner left LandRover at a garage for 5 years as it couldn't start. After spending 6 hours diagnosing the problem - the engine started 💪

November 2020
Not just an auto electrician! Construction worker's laser level not working. However, after diagnosis:
❌One of the chips was burnt out due to the charging port being plugged in the incorrect direction many times.
❌ Level rotator did not consistently turn as it should due to water damage
✅ Replaced a new chip
✅ Used a new wire to solder onto the water damaged circuit board. 💪

September 2020
VW Scirocco, passenger side daytime running light not functioning.
Customer was advised previously to replace the entire headlight unit approx. £500 not including labour. However, after diagnosis:
❌ No power flowing from the body control module (BCM)
✅Completed a BCM reset. Light back to full function. Job done. Only diagnosis fee charged 💪

August 2020
VW engine light appeared, customer assumed a fault with the engine. However, after diagnosis:
❌ Brake light bulb burned out due to brake light switch not working properly ➡️leading to engine light appearing on the dashboard.
✅Problem solved by replacing brake light bulb and switch 💪
