PRESSURE TRAINING -- PUSHING YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL CAPACITY!

Our next training event is on June 27th 10:30-14:30 at RMS Rickmansworth, w/ Maestro 's training programme. It’s for all competitive/elite foilists as always. Adults who are social fencers/amateur fencers are also welcome to this event. Youngest competitive fencers around 10 yrs old (must be able to function independently).

WHAT IS THE FOIL CLUB?
The Foil Club is a non-profit fencing club. Our mission is to elevate the level of foil fencing throughout the country and help foilists access high-calibre sparring opportunities while training in a setting of equality, like-mindedness and belonging. We would like to nurture a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where all foilists are encouraged to be . All profits from the sessions will be ploughed back into creating more opportunities for world-class training within the foil community.
