After a bit of a pause, we are delighted to be able to share that the Rickmansworth 5k Your Way is relaunching on Saturday 26th July – and we’d love for you to join us! 💙

If you’ve been affected by cancer in any way – whether you’re living with or beyond it, supporting a loved one, or working in cancer services – this group is for YOU.

We meet on the last Saturday of every month at Rickmansworth parkrun to walk, jog, run, cheer, or volunteer together. It’s all about community, support, and moving in a way that works for you.

Come along, bring a friend, and get ready to Move against cancer! 💪

We meet on the last Saturday of the month to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at the Rickmansworth parkrun (at the Aquadrome).
