Walking Tennis at Rickmansworth Lawn Tennis Club is officially here! It’s a slower, more accessible version of the game that is perfect for total beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone looking for a low-impact workout.
What you need to know:
🚫 No running – safe, fun, and inclusive for all ages and abilities.
🎒 Equipment provided – just turn up in comfortable shoes!
🍰 Tea & Cake included – it’s just as much about the social side as the sport.
🆓 Your FIRST session is completely FREE!
