A huge thank you to the wonderful Songbirds, who performed for us this past Saturday evening.

The ladies kindly gave their time and talent to help raise funds towards our Community Café project, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their incredible support.

It was a truly wonderful evening, and we were delighted to see how warmly the performance was received by our audience. The Songbirds were absolutely fantastic and helped make the evening one to remember.

Thank you once again to the Songbirds for supporting our community and helping us move one step closer to making our Community Café project a reality. ❤️

Calling all ‘Antiques Roadshow’ Fans!

One of the show’s popular experts, Cristian Beadman, will be the guest speaker at Ringwood Antiques Club at Greyfriars on Wednesday 23 September. Christian will offer a fascinating glimpse into the people, objects and stories that shape the Roadshow.

This promises to be a memorable occasion to start off the 2026/2027 season with a flourish. It is also the best time to join Ringwood Antiques Club to make the most of the opportunity to enjoy all eight meetings for the annual subscription of just £25. Members must also be members of Greyfriars. Guests are welcome to attend, entry price £10.

Doors open at Greyfriars at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

Ringwood Royal Scottish Country Dance Club

The summer break has provided some happy, if hot, evenings of dancing elsewhere for those of many clubs and not on holiday, but now we are back to our regular meetings.

We begin again in mid-September, Tuesday 14th at 7.30pm with Mary our teacher,
who patiently takes us through steps and formations such as circle. set and rotate, petronella turn, set and link for reels, jigs and strathspeys Dances for 2, 3 and 4 (and more) couples are all possible!

We are always delighted to welcome new members as well as regular club dancers.

We’re at Greyfriars, dancing in the Ann Rose Hall each Tuesday evening 7.30 – 9.30pm.
No partners needed, we all dance together, and you don’t have to be Scottish, but a love of dancing and Scottish music helps.
