This Saturday learn the basics of Aerial Silks with Laura Williams

A one off session for people wanting to learn the fundamentals of foot locks, hand wraps, climbs and a few pretty shapes to be able to join in with our regular Monday class, or just to give it a go!

Aerial Silks is a beautiful art form that combines building strength and flexibility at your pace to create poses and combinations as seen an circus acts and performances ⚡️

Flatline to Marion Amber… the Marion Amber is one of those tricks that doesn’t look too bad, but I can promise you that it is harder than it looks… in fact, it took me YEARS to get it!
