Our first couples shoutout, this oneโ€™s for Deb Barrett Bruce Barrett ๐Ÿ‘Š

They both joined us back in January and honestly, what a journey itโ€™s been.

Their fitness has come on massively, theyโ€™re both moving better, getting stronger and looking far more comfortable with every session. The progress theyโ€™ve made in such a short space of time has been brilliant to watch.

But itโ€™s not just what theyโ€™ve achieved themselves. Theyโ€™ve become a massive part of the CFR community. Theyโ€™re a joy to have in class, always bring a great energy and are the sort of people who make the gym a better place just by being there.

Theyโ€™ve thrown themselves into everything and have become two very important members of our CFR family.

There is however, one small conditionโ€ฆ

They have promised to keep any domestic disputes OFF the gym floor. ๐Ÿ˜‚

So far, so goodโ€ฆ although weโ€™ll be keeping a close eye on them.

Weโ€™re absolutely buzzing to have you both as part of the CFR family. Keep smashing it guys ๐Ÿ–ค
