Too many women are chasing the number on the scale and wondering why they’re not loving the way they look or feel… truth is, unless you’re lifting weights and actually fuelling your body, you’re never gonna build the shape you’re after ☝️

Take Georgia - my lil pocket rocket - before she started, she wasn’t lifting, didn’t know what proper nutrition looked like, and was stuck tracking 1200 cals Mon-Thurs and winging it the rest of the week. Fast forward to now… lifting 3x a week, planning meals, eating to fuel, and staying consistent across the whole week, not just half of it🙏

Not only does she look insane, but the strength gains she’s made are unreal😁

Progress takes time, effort and consistency - but my job is to show you a better way to do it, and help you feel strong, confident and proud every step of the way 👩🏼‍🦰

Anyone else feel like today is the real Monday after that long Easter weekend?
Kids back to school, traffic chaos, and sadly… we can’t justify half an Easter egg as a cereal bowl anymore 😮‍💨

This time of year always reminds me of when I hit a total wall about 6 years ago. I lost my gym groove, felt frustrated with progress, and honestly—I just felt stuck.
Yep, even as a coach, it happens.

My biggest barrier… me🤣👩🏼‍🦰
I didn’t have clear direction. I was floating between workouts with no real plan, no coach, and just hoping for the best. I wasn’t training confidently, I wasn’t excited, and my motivation was nowhere to be found.

So what changed?

Here’s how I started to pull myself out of the rut (and maybe how you can shake off that post-bank holiday slump too):
✅ Revisited my goals & reminded myself of my “why”
✅ Readjusted my training days to be realistic & achievable
✅ Got a program focused on the muscle groups I wanted to bring up (back, shoulders, glutes, quads)
✅ Hired a coach—sometimes you need someone else to take the wheel
✅ Tackled convenience eating with a BIG weekly food shop + a mini top-up
✅ Planned meals I was excited to eat & bring to work
✅ Tracked habits daily (training, steps, sleep, cardio, switch-off time) aiming for 80% adherence

It took time, but I found my spark again.
Don’t expect different results if you’re doing the same thing on repeat.

If you’re feeling a little meh post-bank holiday—you’re not alone.

Can’t lie I avoid the word transformation but this journey deserves some love😆

This is one of my OG clients who came to me with a weight loss goal, we ticked that off, and now we’re on to bigger things and for the first time she isn’t just trying to diet all year round !!

We are prepping for a sprint triathlon, fueling performance, training because we can and because we love it

Our mindset is in athlete mode, not diet mode — no more chasing low calories or grinding cardio just to shrink

Bonus points 💦 she’s eating more than ever, with the most food freedom and range, and feeling empowered by what her body can do!

This clients journey’s been about mindset shifts, fuelling right, moving with purpose and enjoying the process — and that’s the lifestyle I coach.

1️⃣ Weight Training > Endless Cardio – Lifting weights shapes your body, boosts metabolism, and helps you look toned, not just weigh less. Think sculpted, not skinny🏋🏼‍♀️

2️⃣ Fuel – Forget crash diets. Eating enough quality food (protein, fiber, healthy fats) keeps energy high, hormones happy, and cravings under control 🍗🥑

3️⃣ Stress Less – Too much stress = high cortisol = stubborn fat storage (especially around the mid rift region). Prioritise sleep, recovery, and you time 🛌🧘🏼‍♀️

New month, new intentions, same inspirational me at the start of each month 🤣

At the start of each month I like to reassess and set clear goals for my weight training, diet, overall lifestyle & coaching (I even got a little vision board to help me build momentum),

The reason why I do this… 1) You wont always wake up motivated, 2) You might not always wake up your happiest self, your mood WILL fluctuate you gotta go chase those things down 🤗

Mindset is everything. If your currently struggling to adhere to your training or nutrition, your probably not working on your mindset and outlook on life itself,

IMO success starts with belief, self compassion, and following through on the promises ✅

This month, I’m committed to sticking to what’s on my vision board and showing up for ME. ⁣
