I went 9for9 finishing on Squat 110kg, Bench 60kg, Deadlift 132.5kg all Pb's, qualifying for Euro's 19.
I had an amazing day, thanks to and everyone involved for a great competition that ran so smoothly. To all the crew for all the help on the day especially & in warm-ups
Thanks to for programming and my guru 😁 our gym and for my nutrition and getting me on target for weigh ins!
Great to see everyone yesterday and to meet some new fabulous people. See you all in June for Euros

Got 5 regional records and 1st in my class!! 120kg squat 56kg bench and 150kg deadlift 😁 Massive thankyou to Chris my coach for putting up with me and getting through my injuries and illness!! Plus all the support and encouragement today! Also a massive thankyou to Pete for getting me to the weight I needed to be you are a star!! Reposted from - Under 75 kilos for the first time in absolutely forever!! When I got to the low 75s I got my macros increased... Not bad for having over 200g of Carbs and 70g+ of fat on gym days 😎 (slightly lower on rest days). Thanks to for macro help and guidance (and listening to me complain about everything) and for for adjusting my powerlifting program to suit my macros. I'm so happy and proud of myself.

a little bit of progress for me after 10 weeks back training 2 to 3 times a week and getting some consistency back now the baba is sleeping better.

my previous PB was 212.5kg last year,here I hit 2 x 215kg for massive PB.Big thanks to my main man for all the help and guidance so far.
