Really good coaches and a great support group to help, let me know if your interested πͺ
We thought it's about time you met the coaches. π
Well here we are and here is a little introduction for those who don't know us. ππ»
Hi guys, Iβm Sam Jenkins one of the coaches here at interFit.
Iβve been in and around sports my entire life and I have been actively involved in the fitness industry for just over 11yrs. My main experience within fitness comes from being a former northwest championship boxer and now level 2 amateur boxing coach. Iβve run multiple sports teams in the past, from juniors, to open age. More recently, Iβve qualified as a level 2 Yoga instructor.
Iβve been coached by some of the best trainers/coaches in the country and maybe even Europe. Iβve taken what knowledge they have given me and implemented in my own work. My work ranges from weights training through to high intensity workouts.
Welcome to interFit guys, I look forward to working with you!

Hi I'm Dani. I'm mum to twin girls and a forensic speech and language therapist by day! As a way to relax and keep myself healthy I love to exercise! It's great for my mental health too. I've completed half marathons and various other exercise challenges. I even love burpees! It's amazing to be an interFit coach- it's such a fun, supportive, feel- good programme! Helping others to develop a love of exercise, meet their health and fitness goals and boost their self esteem is a pleasure! As well as having a Level 2 diploma in personal training, I'm hoping that I can soon bring Pilates to interFit and continue to help and support people to become an even better version of themselves! Xx

Hello ππ»
I'm Paul one of the coaches with interFit. I'm currently a Level 2 PT and studying for my level 3. I am also starting uni in September to become a Registered Mental health nurse BSc. I'm married with triplet girls aged 9. I love running and weights, but in the past I've played for and managed open age football teams but the last few years I've really started my fitness journey. I started off with beginners and found its definitely where I enjoy the most. Knowing that you are making a difference in someone's life is an unbelievable feeling and very rewarding.
We started interFit with a dream of bringing everyone together with a plan that will help change the way they look at health and fitness. Big, small, fast or slow there is something for everyone.

Hi everyone, my name is Sam Wilde and I am a trainer/coach as part of the interFit programme.
I have over 10 yearsβ experience in the fitness industry dating back to my time in the British Army where I was a Physical Training Instructor training my regiment and training new recruits at a posting at the Infantry Training Centre in Catterick. I have worked in gyms all over Rochdale and Littleborough specialising in program development, fitness classes, bootcamps, spin classes and more. I have led my own Bootcamp business delivering military style workouts in parks and sports centres and now I am here to help improve your fitness and health both physically and mentally.
With my experience, I can produce any type of workout in any environment for any ability level from beginner to advanced and I look forward to assisting in you in anyway possible.

Out of interest, who would enjoy early morning exercise - by early im talking a slot between 0600-0730 π
Looking at starting back September onwards. Evenings will be on regardless but keen to utilise the early hours to get a workout done in case work commitments stop you in the evening.
This is simply an idea to see who is keen to get fitness done 1st thing and see if there is any interest? Get the fitness done before the carnage of schools/kids/work begins πͺ
Any feedback thoughts much appreciated,
Thanks Sam.

INSPIRATIONAL!!!

Tonight history has literally been made...
Mum and ultra runner has just not only won the Spine Race - 268 miles along the Penine Way - beating the entire field, yep the men too, but she took more than 12 hours off the course record!!! .
To give this some context, she has just run the 268 miles in 83 hours and 12 minutes- 3.5 days with barely a break. The breaks she did take were to eat and breastfeed her 1 year old. She expressed milk at EVERY SINGLE checkpoint. .
WOW. WOW. WOW!
An achievement like this should be on the front pages of every newspaper tomorrow (of course it will barely make a ripple). It is impossible to put into words quite what an absolutely awe-inspiring achievement this is. Jasmin, we see you and we bow down before you. You are INCREDIBLE!! (err understatement!)
