Join these fun-filled mission sessions designed for young people aged 8 and over - a perfect addition to the Junior Medic Course!
Each of the four action-packed sessions offers a unique experience, building skills in Fin Swimming, Fun Rescues, Pool Sports and more.
It’s a great way to boost confidence, learn new techniques and enjoy exciting pool-based activities.

Beginners Snorkelling (must be able to swim 1 length)
An introduction to basic snorkelling involves swimming along the surface of the water and enjoying the underwater world equipped with a mask, a snorkel and fins.
Advanced Snorkelling (must be able to swim 2 lengths)
The course involves under water routines, understanding underwater communication skills and fin swimming.
Your child must be able to submerge underwater and
swim a minimum of 1 length continuously unaided to
attend the course.
Badges and certificates can be purchased for awards
achieved.

This course includes team work, expression, connection and creativity.
The instructor will go through basic artistic swimming moves over the course days, and at the end piece it all together with music.

Children must be over 8 years old and able to swim 25 metres.

This course is designed for swimmers who want focused guidance on improving their Front Crawl or Breaststroke technique.
The sessions target overall efficiency in the water and addresses common technical issues with breathing, arm movement, leg action and stroke timing. By refining these fundamentals, swimmers will build greater stamina and develop the skills needed to progress confidently.
