Beginners Snorkelling (must be able to swim 1 length)
An introduction to basic snorkelling involves swimming along the surface of the water and enjoying the underwater world equipped with a mask, a snorkel and fins.

Advanced Snorkelling (must be able to swim 2 lengths)
The course involves under water routines, understanding underwater communication skills and fin swimming.

Badges and certificates can be purchased for awards achieved.

Nearly half of UK adults (43 per cent) have never learnt CPR – which is why we are supporting Restart A Heart this October.
On Friday 16 October we are hosting CPR activities, with practical demonstrations between 10am and 12pm.

Interactive CPR Training Sessions
Step-by-step guidance on performing effective chest compressions.
Practical hands-on experience using CPR manikins.
Instruction on checking for responsiveness and breathing.

Defibrillator Demonstrations
Understanding what an AED is and how it works.
Practical demonstrations using training AED units.
Guidance on locating public access defibrillators in the community.

Information and Awareness Stands
Advice on heart health and cardiac arrest awareness.
Information on local first aid and lifesaving courses.
Resources available to take away for further learning.

A 30 minute lesson per day at various times throughout the morning depending on availability

Price = £28
For children aged 3+

Current swimmers
This course offers an opportunity to refine techniques and accelerate toward passing their next stage.

Non-swimmers
For children aged 3+ that are not able to swim or have no swimming experience. Stanley 1 & 2 and Octopus 1

Beginner
For children aged 3+ with little or no swimming experience. Stanley 3-6 and Octopus 2 & 3

Indoor Cycling is a great way to build stamina, strength and get your heart rate up - with a mix of steady pedalling, sprints and recovery.
It’s suitable for all fitness levels and sessions are tailored to suit different ages and abilities.

Mondays, 6.15 - 7pm
Wednesdays, 6.30 - 7am, 12 - 12.45pm and 5.15 - 6pm
Thursdays, 12.15 - 1pm and 7.15 - 8pm
Fridays, 6.30 - 7.15 am
Sundays, 9 - 9.45am

First class free for non-members
