Little physique update and some random Thursday afternoon reflection…

We’re all our own biggest critic. That’s a fact. And that often hinders us being able to see actually how far we’ve come. It’s important to often stop and take a minute to focus on how far you’ve actually come.

Currently sat in my car deeping how thankful and fulfilled with life I am. I’m so grateful for my clients, being able to do what I love as job and the people currently around me in life. A year ago I never would have thought I would have been in the position I am in today. I’ve never been mentally or physically more the best version of myself - and I never realised until I actually sat here, in my car, listening to “fight for you” by Jason Derulo 🤣 after a morning of clients, a food shop and a great gym session. Every day you wake up is a blessing so live it to the fullest and spend every minute with a smile on your face as you are exactly where you should be. Do what makes you happy and get rid of everything that doesn’t.

Even if you can’t see it yet, you’re further along than you think.

I apologise for the deep post at quarter past 2 🤣

Gents, summer is months away, use this as your reminder to start training legs ☀️🦵🏽

You don’t want to be having to wear joggers in 20° heat because your insecure about the size of your legs or you’re heavily upper dominant ‼️

We’ve all been guilty about skipping legs, me included, which I regret everyday, there’s still a lot of catching up to do 🥲

There’s so many benefits from training them which you are missing out on if you choose to neglect them. 👏🏽

Training your legs is crucial for overall strength, athletic performance, and long-term health. Here’s a scientific breakdown of the benefits:

Hormonal Benefits – Compound leg exercises trigger the release of key anabolic hormones like testosterone and growth hormone, which promote muscle growth and fat loss throughout the body.

Increased Caloric Burn – Since leg exercises work large muscle groups, they require high energy expenditure, boosting metabolism and post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), leading to greater fat loss.
