Well, where do I start, this message comes with great sadness. As most of you are aware the building that we are based in has been put up for sale this month. We have tried our best to come up with a solution to stay at our current location, however due to a combination of factors we have no choice but to close the gym from Monday 31st July at 7.30pm.

We are in the process of possibly looking for new premises but nothing is finalised as of yet, so please bear with us as we get everything in order.
We will be closed this weekend and the final day to use the gym will be Monday, classes will be on as usual on this day.

Thank you to all our amazing clients for your custom and loyalty over the past 19 years, we will keep you all up to date with our future plans.

We have stopped all standing orders but please double check with your bank that your payment has been cancelled.
Anyone on direct debit please DO NOT cancel through your bank as a none refundable fine may be charged. We are in the process of contacting Debit Finance to freeze your membership.

Rochdale mum of two, Keeley McHale, has put together a fantastic comprehensive guide to help local families find things to do over the summer.

Keeley commented: “I've made up a book of activity ideas for parents and caregivers in the local area. It's been a bit of a labour of love so I'd really appreciate anyone downloading and using it this summer.

“It has lists of ideas to take the kiddies - both local and further afield - there's a section of cheap and free ideas and a section of lots of places that cost a bit more but are lovely as a treat (this section has clickable links for all of the places you can go).

“There's also a part with links to local businesses running sessions through the summer and it ends with tips and tricks for cheaper days out.
