I’m so excited to announce that I am now the new DUTY MANAGER based at JD Gyms Rochdale!!! I’m so grateful for this opportunity and everyone who knows me knows how much a step into management has been a long time coming !

I will STILL be based at Middleton JD for my client base, and I am now taking very limited slots for online clients and there is a waiting list available for 1-1 personal training sessions, so if you are thinking about starting PT with me I would advise you to get in touch as soon as possible as these slots are very limited and I want to help as many people as possible in their fitness journeys !
